1. Ownership of Rendered Videos & Visuals
You retain 100% full commercial ownership and distribution rights to any video files, visualizers, and music videos rendered using REAX. You are free to publish, monetize, and distribute your exported videos on YouTube, TikTok, Spotify Canvas, Instagram, and any other commercial platforms without royalties.
2. Music Licensing & Copyright Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyright permissions, mechanical licenses, or ownership rights for any audio tracks (MP3, WAV) and images uploaded into the application. REAX does not claim any rights over your audio assets.
3. Client-Side Processing Guarantee
REAX processes all audio decoding, FFT frequency analysis, particle simulation, and video rendering entirely inside your local browser via the Web Audio API and HTML5 Canvas. Your source audio files and visual artwork are not uploaded or stored on external servers.
4. Software License & Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the Web Audio analysis and rendering pipeline for unauthorized duplication or unlawful automated scraping.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
REAX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, browser compatibility, or export success on every device. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navnath Kadam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of REAX, including loss of projects or data (which reside only in your browser).
7. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated; the effective date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
